I just took your service for island hopping..your staff services were so bad..they should learn communication skills and training. They keep shouting to arrange the boat. It looks so unproffesional. Hope u will improves your services next time. I felt so ashamed as malaysian with this services as they are many tourist around the world sharing the boat with us. us.
Nonsensical customer service, you do not even know how to treat customers with respect at all. You give respect, you take respect, but all your agents from Ilham only tried to find fight and humiliate other tourists who are not Ilham customers. Who the hell gave you licence and permits to even have a damned tourism company. Pergi tutup kedai la, you can't even speak politely to people, you guys might as well shut your damn business and go home.
